Use of IAP2 Member Personal Data
Personal information included within IAP2's membership database is confidential and may be used only for internal IAP2 purposes, such as printed newsletter mailings, electronic newsletters, and other mailed or e-mailed communications from IAP2 and its chapters and affiliates. IAP2 does not sell, send, trade or give away member personal information.
Proper Use of Information Contained in Membership Directory
Access to the member directory is limited to IAP2 members in good standing and information contained within the directory may not be shared with non members. All the information contained in the IAP2 membership directory is the exclusive property of IAP2. Because this information is an asset and is of a confidential nature, disclosure, transfer, duplication, reproduction, or retention of all or any portion of this information in any form or manner whatsoever is not permitted.
Use of IAP2 membership information for solicitations, commercial activities, fax or e-mail broadcasts, telemarketing, surveys, or direct mail purposes is strictly prohibited.
